Scott is one of the co-owners of Stella Tattoo and brings over a decade of professional tattooing experience to the studio. Trained in the traditional way, Scott values the roots of the craft—respect for mentors, a focus on clean work, and learning that never really ends.
He’s known for his versatility across styles, including Traditional, Fine Line, Bio-Mech, and Oriental influences. Whether it's a classic design, intricate detail, or large-scale custom piece, Scott approaches every tattoo with precision and respect.

Dale Hessey
Dale is one of Stella Tattoo’s co-owners and a dedicated tattooer with over 10 years of experience. He’s committed to the traditions of the craft while bringing his own Australian twist to Oriental designs.
Dale’s work is known for clean lines, thoughtful composition, and respect for the art form’s roots. Whether it’s large-scale Oriental pieces, classic Traditional designs, or fine line work, he takes the time to make sure every tattoo is solid, meaningful, and built to last.
Dale believes in learning from those who came before and passing that knowledge on—whether it’s to clients in the chair or to the next generation of artists.

Jarrad Almady
Jarrad is one of Stella Tattoo’s co-owners and has been tattooing professionally for over a decade. He takes pride in doing things the right way, grounded in the traditional apprenticeship approach and always focused on delivering quality work.
Jarrad’s style spans solid Traditional, detailed Illustrative pieces, and Realism, allowing him to tailor designs that suit the client’s vision while staying true to the art form. He’s committed to making tattoos that look good now and age well over time.
At Stella, you’ll find Jarrad working closely with clients to bring ideas to life, sharing a laugh where it fits, and making sure every tattoo is done with care and respect.

Haydn Stuckey
Haydn is a resident tattooer at Stella Tattoo with over 10 years of experience in the craft. After spending time living and working in Helsinki, he returned to join the Stella team and has been part of the crew for three years now.
Haydn’s work is grounded in the classics, specialising in Cartoon style and Traditional tattooing with a strong respect for timeless design. He’s also well-versed in fine line work, ensuring his tattoos not only look good the day you get them but hold up for years.
Over the years, Haydn has done guest spots across the world, building lasting friendships with some of the industry’s heavy hitters. He brings that knowledge and respect for tradition to every piece he does in the shop.

Will Thomas
Originally from Victoria, Will made the move to the Central Coast in January 2025 to join the team at Stella Tattoo. With years of professional experience behind him, he’s committed to solid, thoughtful tattooing grounded in respect for the craft.
Will specialises in Black and Grey etching and dotwork styles, creating striking pieces with strong contrast and detail. He’s also well versed in Traditional and fine line work, ensuring every tattoo is built to last and true to its style.
Whether you’re after something intricate or bold, Will brings a steady hand, a careful eye, and a no-nonsense approach to every piece he works on.

Lilly is a resident artist at Stella Tattoo with five years of professional experience, dedicated entirely to fine line and intricate detail work. Well known on the Central Coast for her exceptional attention to detail, she’s earned a reputation for producing clean, beautiful tattoos built to last.
Lilly’s approach is shaped by her travels across the United States and Europe, where she learned from respected artists and built strong connections in the industry. Her black and grey work shows influence from classic traditions rooted in Mexican-American art, approached with deep respect. She’s also highly regarded for her beautifully executed floral designs.

Maddi works at Stella Tattoo every Thursday, bringing a thoughtful and distinctly Australian approach to her tattooing. With a style rooted in Traditional techniques, she focuses on native flora and fauna, nostalgic motifs, and clean floral designs that stand the test of time.
Maddi’s work often draws on the familiar and the personal—from classic Australian botanicals to vintage-inspired imagery—always aiming to create something meaningful for the client. Her tattoos balance detail and simplicity, ensuring they look good for years to come.
