  • Do you take walk-ins?

    Yes, we welcome walk-ins. Drop by the shop and we’ll do our best to get you in on the day. If we’re fully booked, we’ll help you line up a time with one of our artists as soon as possible.

  • How do I book a tattoo?

    Contact your preferred artist directly. You can hit the Book button under their profile on our Team Page to access their preferred booking system.

  • How do I choose the right artist?

    Check out our Team Page to browse each artist’s style and portfolio. Every artist at Stella has their own strengths — if you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll recommend the best match for your idea.

  • How much will my tattoo cost?

    Pricing depends on size, placement, and style. Once your artist has your idea, they’ll provide a quote. We don’t give ballpark pricing over the phone—every tattoo is custom and deserves proper consideration.

  • What’s your minimum?

    Our shop minimum is $150. Even small tattoos take time, preparation, and precision.

  • Where is the shop?

    You’ll find us at 381 The Entrance Road, Long Jetty, NSW — right on the main strip, in the orange building. Walk-ins welcome.

  • Are you licensed?

    Yes. The shop is fully licensed, insured, and compliant with NSW health and safety regulations. Every artist at Stella holds a valid tattoo license, and we’ve passed all inspections with positive reviews.

  • Can I bring someone with me?

    Yes, you can bring one support person if needed. Please make sure they’re respectful of other clients and the artists while in the studio.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Cash is preferred, but most artists also accept card payments. If you’re unsure, ask your artist ahead of your appointment.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact the artist or the shop with at least 48 hours’ notice.
    Please note: deposits are non-refundable, as they hold your booking and cover time spent designing your piece. If appropriate notice is given, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment once without needing a second deposit.

  • How should I prepare for my appointment?

    Eat a proper meal beforehand. Stay hydrated. Wear clothes that give access to the area being tattooed. Bring references if you’ve got them. Don’t show up under the influence—we won’t tattoo you, it’s against the law.
